Refund policy

As all KNGDY products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you check the size guide carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at kngdy.co@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as production begins shortly after. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Wrong Size Ordered As items are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
