**About KNGDY**

KNGDY is operated as a sole trader business based in Australia. By using kngdy.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

**Products**

All KNGDY apparel is made to order through our print partner. Product colours may vary slightly from images shown due to screen display differences. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

**Pricing**

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on orders.

**Orders and payment**

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We use Shopify Payments and PayPal to process transactions securely.

**Intellectual property**

All designs, logos, and content on kngdy.com are the property of KNGDY and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without permission.

**Limitation of liability**

To the extent permitted by law, KNGDY is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
